My mom owes approximately $7,000 in credit card debt. The majority of the debt is for medical bills and presciprtions. She is not in good health. Although she works, she only makes about $600 or $700 per month. She has not been paying on the cards and cannot pay on the cards. What can they do to her. Can they garnish her wages. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
