Thanks for listening- My husband got a Sears card years ago when we were first married with just his name. He started working out of town and I wanted to buy something with the card but was not allowed because I was not on the account. He talked to someone when we were at one of their stores about getting me a card for his account. They did give me a card with my name on it. Does that make me just an authorized user and not equally liable for his account? We have not paid on this account for 9 months now and it has been turned over to a CA recently.
