"cddfisher" is mistaken.

The Courts have ruled that compulsary arbitration is not binding unless there has been a voluntary acceptance with full disclosure signed by all parties.

Merely not returning an "afterthought" arbitration opt out is NOT legal grounds for forced arbitration.

In addition, even if someone signs a new application with an arbitraton clause in it, it only can apply to class action suits.

Arbitration agreements cannot be applied to consumer debt collection as the Federal FDCPA and TILA supercede any such agreement, and State statutes for consumer protection and statutes of frauds and statutes of limitations also preempt any such arbitration clauses.

The primary scum scam CA- (W & A)using "compulsary arbitration) have been sued successfully in many courts for their lying sneaky tactics.
