I have one chargeoff left to deal with. I am 100% disabled Veteran living in Pa. Of course the acct is being collected by Wolpoff & Abramson, so there is a lot of hassle. The CO is only in my name, everything we own in in joint names with my wife. this and SS is really the only income we have. I've been told we are pretty much in the driver's seat since they can't touch any of this income. Anybody have any thoughts or experience with this?
