The SOL for being sued depends on your State laws.

In most States it starts at the same time the 7 year obsolescence period starts for reporting on your credit reports, the FIRST MONTH OF DEFAULT, or, in other words the first month you were "late" or missed a payment prior to the charge-off. In a FEW States, it starts on your last date of PAYMENT OR CHARGE to the ORIGINAL CREDITOR.

No matter what the lying scumbag CA says, the date the "bought" the debt has NO bearing on ANY SOL.

Send them the SOL letter from my website, use the statutes from your State posted on my site.
