Hi, i just received a phone call from an attorney about a credit card debt from 1999. I live in Pennslyvania and from what i have read the SOL is 4 years for credit card debt....am i right? Okay, if so, what to i do to get this man off my back? Do i tell him about it or must i do something in writing?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
