If this is true, we all need to call our credit card companies and get that security thing for our cards, where they pay your minimum balance every month if you lose your job.

There are many good moral honest people who have fallen on hard times and cannot pay what they have charged to these scum banks.

Anyway, is this a federal thing? These laws all vary from state to state thus far, why is the federal government suddenly stepping in?

Let me guess............ ??? (money?) ie lobbyists?
