HELP ME PLEASE!!! There's a JUDGMENT on My CR,,,,,

and it's been there since 1999, that's right, 1999. Here's what happened, a friend of mine said, you can get your CR for free from all 3 CRA. I took advantage of it and lo and behold there was a "Judgment" on it, I freaked out. I called the County Court and got the telephone number of the CA who filed suit against me (No, No they never contacted me) But I can say that I do remember receiving a call about 3 or 4 years ago from a CA, not sure if it was these people or not, telling me I owe them $3,000. I told them they had the wrong person and that I don't owe anyone I don't know or ever heard of and stop calling me, so I hung up, never heard from them again.
I tried to get an attorney but they ALL said if I can't prove the Judgment is wrong there is nothing they could do. I'm a basket case now. I moved in 1999 and put most of my belongings in storage. Last week, I went to the storage room and searched through old canceled checks and would you believe, I found a canceled check which shows that these crackheads had file suit against me AFTER the SOL had expired.
I've been told I can represent myself, Pro Se, and that is EXACTLY what I'm doing. I filed a Motion to Vacate the Judgment. There will be a hearing in December 2003 My question now is, If I can prove these Crackheads made a mistake by showing them the canceled check, how do I get back 4 years of bad credit these jerks put on my credit report, and second, can I now sue them.
