I moved within the same State of new Jersey.
This is a default judgment.
What confuses me is why did these crackheads sue me, then have the judgment placed on my CR, but never contacted me. If i hadn't looked I would have never known it was there. The CR says it will be removed in 2006.
I gave the Court 11 reasons why this judgment should be vacated. The SOL was just one of the reasons.
Funny though, I also remembered there was a freeze on my checking account in 98 or 99, not to clear on this, but I didn't pay much attention because there was only 5 or 7 dollars in the account and then it wasn't there, I thought it was some penalty for not keeping enough money in the account. You think maybe the crackheads got it? I closed it out and haven't had a checking account since.
I also found out there was a warrant out for my arrest because of this judgment, why didn't they come after me, I sent a change of address form to the post Office when I moved and all my mail was forwarded to my new address, no one came to arrest me why?
