Jade, this is what happens when the cart gets in front of the horse. The Attorneys are still out to do their thing. You should answer their complaint. there will be plenty of time to settle, on or before a hearing date. How far away is the Ca's attorney from from the municipal court you will be in?? Did they include a accounting in their complaint, or just some bull crap affidavit from someone who is supposed to know about account??
