CR items deleted, now 12 days later verified!

I have been studying your forum for months now, and finally disputed several items on CR. I received in the mail a new copy of the CR from Equifax dated Oct. 8, 2003 with 7 items listed, each one with the line "Item removed from credit report". I was elated!
On Oct. 7th I received on the internet an email that said that my CR was ready for my review. ALL of these items were listed as verified!!!
Can they change their mind? What is my next step???
