Thanks Why Chat, my last response got lost in the archive transfer...so anyway, I'm worried about being sued by Eskanos & Adler, 1) would it benefit me to make them validate the debt?....OC is Providian, last payment was 1/2002. 2) I read the sols for California, and it stated 4 years for "reduced to writing", and 2 years for "no writing"....my question is: what does this mean?...the writing vs. not writing? Maybe my sol would fall under the 2 year? Thanks very much! Two Steps Forward....
