Yes, and I'm embarassed to say that we are just now realizing it. I have gone back as far as April and have found missing tranactions. After talking to Citibank about it and finding out that they have indeed fixed the problem I am still having the problem that the transactions are showing up in the reconciliation screen but are not showing up in the Quicken Software. Citibank has told me that this is a software problem and that I will be charged by Quicken if I call them for help. I can't find anything on the Quicken knowledgebase so have come to the web to find out if anyone has a solution. Did you get any resolution?
