If you sent your offer to settle CRRR and have your green card back, with a copy of the letter you sent, then if you haven't heard from the lawyer by the time of the hearing,just show up and claim your rights under the FDCPA were violated,as they did not respond to your offer of settlement. If they do not appear,request a dismissal WITH prejuidice, as it is unreasonable to file a suit, refuse payment, and not show up for the hearing

If they do show up, restate the same thing and state that you are still willing to settle,but you should not be penalized for their failure to follow the law (FDCPA) and be subject to additional costs
