in one of my board messages I asked about proceedings with W&A and I received this response from one of the readers:

The W&A witch committed a violation by threatening legal action, and by violating the C&D they have also wracked up a violation. However, if the account is within your state's SOL, a total C&D is just begging them to sue you .. or drag you into arbitration.

as a result of the above observation I would like to file a complaint.
