After speaking with an attorney i have to say this , Marvin Brandon and Karen Nations are both licensed lawyers in the state of New Jersey. After confirming with my dept ( the actual company they are working with JBC & Associates . I found no information to invalidate the company as fraudulant. They were polite and helpful to me . I received prompt and courtious service from a very compitant employee in the firm. I just wanted to give one statement in their defense. Sorry if this contradicts popular beleif of others . Also i agree if you make a dept and it is valid then pay it.
