Asset listed the TL as an open account and opened 7/2003 (a month after SOL ran out). The alleged OC does not appear on my CR anywhere. It was listed AFTER I disputed but also after they sent me a pathetic attempt at validation and after they received a second validation request outling exactly what I wanted to receive and what the FTC defined as validation in the WOLLMAN letter and the Spears/Brennen case. They have never responded to this 2nd letter. I'm waiting to see if they verify with the CRA right now. THen I have an ITS ready to go.

Because they responded to my original validation were they allowed to list it?

OR

Did I need to get ACCURATE & complete validation first?
