Ca. SOL on "non written" credit card accounts (2 years) MAY apply to your account.

The statute applies ONLY to telephone applications or unsolicited credit cards sent out without any application.

If you never signed an application, and if when you received the card, there was no "waiver" for you to sign and send back to activate the card, then you probably ARE covered under the 2 year SOL.

(This does NOT apply to on-line applications, as they are considered "written" under the uniform electronic communications act)
