My first reply to the original poster was that he/she was definitely NOT responsible for the father's debts. These creditors will hound you PAST your grave .. ask them if they want your father's current address and give them the address of the cemetery .. see what they say THEN !!

My condolences on your loss... I lost my Dad in 1989 to Alzheimers.
