Very politely ask them in writing, via certified letter, return receipt required, for proof that your parents' cosigned this (of course there is no proof) credit card. Keep a record of dates, times of calls and if they have made phone calls to your parents!!!! Very important!! Collecting laws prohibit contacting third parties except to find out where you live. I am assuming your parents are elderly, and if so, stick it to them and file a complaint of PREDATORY PRACTICES with the Elder Affairs Division with the state you live in as well as the Attorney General's Office. The reason I suggest Elder Affairs is because you will likely get a swift response in your favor. I can give you some more ideas, all legal, to combat their illegal practices. Good luck.
