WhyChat, In one of the previous posting, an individual mentioned that there was a warrant out for their arrest for contempt of court for not answering the disclosures. This was after a default judgement. I'm confused. I thought that people couldn't be arrested for debt problems. Just worried b/c I had a default judgement for a charged off credit card in 2000 (VA). At the time, I was not living in Virginia. Moved to California. Is there a chance that there was a warrant for my arrest?
