My comment to you is that they things happen unexpectetly in peoples lives. Sometimes not paying as agreed can be a problem. They need to understand that. You are only saying that cause you are a creditor yourself or you have a lot of money and never been in that situation. Go in the situation and see if you will be saying the same thing. They should not call you many times a day if you tell them you will give them the money. They should wait for that time to pass and if they don't get it than call. But once a day is fine. They should not be able to call you more than that a day.
