Check out "The Underground Empire - Where Government and Criminals Meet". Written by James Mills, published in 1984. Gives keen insight into why much is as it is presently, explains why the Michigan - what else would one expect - shill lied and covered AssXXXX's blotchy, chancre-riddled, pus-dripping hirsute derriere.
AssXXXX walks a fine line with the grace of a sterno freak afflicted with what doctors call 'wet brain'. Perhaps ol' Bud should lay off the coal tar. They are a collector. Yeah they buy it, so they'll argue and to no avail. For what other purpose would they buy it?
Do they hang your charge slips over the entrance to their mens' room orifices or paper the walls of Brad Bradley's orifice with old card statements? Probably not.
They buy debt to collect it, period. They play this shell game in the Florida Killing Fields. Their beautiful orifice over in Brandon, near the Tampa sewage plant - handy for them at snack time - uses the services of one Rodolfo J. Miro, Esq. for litigation. They'll tell you Abogado Miro is an outside contractor thus he's the collector, they's the buyer. And I'm Marylin Manson.
Go ahead, try to find a listing for Mr. Miro, Esq. One had him in Coral Gables, yet he wasn't there. Another turned up a dead address. See? A guy with his name has an Amateur Radio License. There the trail, well, becomes more interesting.
They are a collector. They are not above the law, as their moronic stooge from the Michigan Collection Board would like you to think.
Lie, lie, lie. Collect, collect, collect. Just another routine day for 'collections professionals'.

Professionally,
