Collection agencies including their lawyers of poor to mediocre ability are criminals. They do what criminals do. They try to scare you with jail, seizure, all manner of horrible consequences. Why? Because they violate rules constantly and hope you won't notice they are the ones who stand to lose most. The law is more on your side than theirs. You have the protections and rights, they have the 'mouth' as criminals like to say: "Use da 'mouth' ".
Let them use 'da mouth'. You use the laws and free resources of government agencies to send these amoebas some pain.
What a bunch of losers. Had they any ability they'd be chasing ambulances.
