Once deleted from CR, can it be reinstated? HELP

I received a copy of my Equifax CR after disputing several items, and it said that after their investigation that 7 of those items had been deleted. This CR was dated Oct. 8. On the 17th of October, I received an email that my investigation
of dispute was complete. On this internet report, it
stated that they had all been verified??? Can they change their minds on deleting these items? What steps do I take? Thanks
