What you need to do is call eq up and tell them that these accounts had been deleted. That you have proof of them being deleted on a report in front of you dated xx/xx/xx. That they did not send you a notice in the mail that the items were being re-inserted and under FCRA they have to mail you notice within 5 days that they were re-inserted. EQ is pretty good about taking the accounts back off. You don't really want to dispute these again, go for the re-insertion rule first and see where that gets you.
