how come a ca use's a law firm and the law firm shows as ca does that mean they are a collection firm too as well as a lawyer, the ca sent me one letter and then i heard from the law firm , been making monthly payments to them the oc is charged off the ca turned it to cr too, i am trying to pay these things i know that it won't help but what the hell i don't want to go the court or garnishment of my husband wages, it would be a hardship for us , so i need to know how can i handle this .like i said been paying the monthly payments thsi month did'nt get a bill from them does this mean they are going to take me to court or what ...i have only heard from them one time and i showed them where i have been paying them on time please some one answer my question need answers bad .
