First find out if they have a judgment against you. Check the counties of your old addresses. If they have to sue you, they have to sue you in the residence where you live. Chances are that they won't if you have nothing. The OC repo notice will fall off your credit report late 04 early 05. I would just wait. Pull the snail copies of your credit reports and keep them for future reference in the event that they try and reage the account. If you can wait another year or two, you will be able to get another car loan and you won't have any problems. I wouldn't wake the sleeping beast.
