You are not required to do arbitration. Get a lawyer if you can and insist on a trial before a judge. Arbitration is usually limited to disputes with contracts, class actions and servicing. It does not strip consumers of their right to trials in default cases. Federal law trumps state on this one. Refuse arbitration. Get a lawyer
