You are right. I forgot about venue. She has to sue you in the county where you live. She cannot file suit in her own county and get a judgment against you. She has to come to you. You can get the name of the courthouse where the suit is taking place and move to have the case dismissed on the grounds of venue. She wants to sue you. She has got to come to you and serve you in the county where you live at.
