Due to lots of circumstances I was deep in debt and pregnant(with my 4th) and my mind was gone. I had spoke to a friend about my problems and she had told me how she had a similar problem before and spoke with her creditors to make a settlement and payment plan. Since I was out of my mind at the time, I searched the internet for help and found Homeland(wish I would have found this site in my search then). It was my understanding that Homeland would do the negotiating for me. I payed them the fee and am still paying them a monthly fee. Now that I am able think a little clearer than last year I am starting to have my doubts about my choice. I live in Texas...what would you suggest I do at this point?
