Asset violation???

OK so those who have read my numerous posts about Asset know that
8-03 I requested validation
9/03 I got a printout
9/03 I requested ACCURATE and FULL validation and included a copy of Wollman letter and carefully stated what I deemed to be required to meet validation...
9/03 (same day they received my 2nd letter) I received two old bills from alleged OC
Today 10/16/03 I receive the infamous "early christmas present" letter....

So here is my question. They received on 9/25 a letter that stated very clearly that I required full accounting and a signed contract before I would consider this debt validated. They now respond with a blatant attempt to collect debt - maybe assuming the 2 old bills they sent me would be validation enough (it only raised more questions). Is this yet ANOTHER violation? Or can they argue in court that they sent more validation and thought my 2nd letter just crossed their validation in the mail... We all know what constitutes validation, but will a judge? And will my letter w/ Wollman letter, and its careful statement of what is required be enough to shoot that defense down???
