I don't know if you get the last one i wrote about the deliquent was almost 3 yrs ago but not until april of next year i was making monthly payment of 200 the lawyer said they would send out a bill for the money, I have done so for 5 months now they ddint send me a bill for this month i don't kow if maybe it was lost in the mail or what , I havent heard from the law office either, i owe 3900 it have come down from 5000 since i have been making payments i am trying the best that i can do ...its hard with 4 children the economy like it is one income 6 to the family i have been trying every thing i can do i can settle on the account they havent even tried anything with me , i told them i would make payment of 200 a month and now i havent heard from them they send me one letter tell me that i havent kept my end of the deal and i got my cancelled check and the bill they send me and showed them they had received them then they credited my account but just wondering if they are going to sue me hell i am trying the best that i can thanks for any help
