I had an ITS ready to go before i got this letter today and I am probably going to add this new letter. This debt is far past SOL, over inflated with interest, and I disputed it and they have not given me sufficient validation and continued to collect. They listed the TL on my report AFTER I disputed too.

So do I not have a case against these people??? They have violated so many sections of the FDCPA and FCRA I lost count. To me this is continued collection activity despite not responding to my last letter where I listed each item that constitutes validation. I'm not demanding payment in my Its I just want them to back off and delete. I am filing complaints with FTC BBB and the Washington and Arizona SAGs......
