Since I got a new letter today I am goign to send an ITS that will include the statement that it appears to be out of SOL based on info they themselves provided.

I have one other account that is past SOL with a different CA. Sent a limited C&D and Tried validating before I knew about SOL.... Should I just send an SOL letter and blanket C&D now and assume they will back off and not resell???
