A fine example of a court clerk taking the side of the scumbags. Down dis a way a heahhre in Flo-ree-duh we have good judges and we have Judge " You done owes duh money boy" Cracker. The latter a good 'dog track pal' of CA proprietors who live elsewhere and 'reside' in the Sunshine Killing Fields to take full advantage of debtor protections they tediously deny us.
We have Judge Crazyman. He runs a small-claims arraignment carnival. Defendants are paired with 'mediation' stooges and sent down to sweat rooms while Hizzoner jokes, professes ignorance of the law, telling debtors if they don't bend over 'the sheriff's gonna go to your house and collect your stuff'. As mentioned by friends on this board, there are exemptions and sheriffs cannot just break, enter, and loot your home. There are procedures to follow, hearings, notifications to all parties, you get the idea.
Some clerks are sympatico and will help you as much as they can. Your clerk seems to be of the second strain. They side with the creditor scumbag extortionistas - for fun and profit? - never missing an opportunity to sermonize and frighten debtors. Good police state 'doctors'.
Sounds as if fraud involved - yeah, whatta shock - by the scumbags. They probably bullshot the postal officials. Start investigating. Contact postal inspectors, the FTC and the State AG. Definetly get statements in writing from people at your old address as was kindly suggested. This is the old trick of getting an extra-jurisdictional judgement. The scumbags will deny this stating procedure was followed to the letter. Right. Push hard, dig harder. These crooks probably pull this all the time. Maybe they can get arrested as well as sanctioned. They then can follow procedure for safe showering. Lying swine one and all. No shower will wash the blood from their ding-clawed hands. Call the police as well. Nothing like a good police report to document matters for the future counterstrike.

Strikingly,

Keyser Soze
