I found out Sprint L.D. turned me over to OSI after I disputed the amount owed. (Sprint didn't honor their contract of .10 per min.) This is for an account I had in 1998. I have never been contacted by OSI and found out that the account had been turned over to them when I refinanced my house in Feb 2003. It is still on my credit report and I still don't know how to contact OSI. Sprint couldn't or wouldn't give me info. on the account and I filed, via fax, a letter with their, Sprint's, complaint dept. and rec'd no response. Any suggestions?
