It might be in your best interest to have a Fl lawyer file the motions to get this dismissed, esp since you are not here.

Here is the information on an excellent Fl consumer lawyer - he is in Ft Lauderdale, so not sure how close that is to Clearwater. However, he may be able to handle without going to the courthouse or may refer you to someone there.

You might want to type up in the information and fax it to him with your phone number, etc so he can talk to you.

This may cost a little now, but will save you time, money and grief down the road.
