Respond with a letter for validation. They have to validate first. Ask for a motion to extend if you can.

Basically in this situation you are judgment proof. You cannot pay. You have no assets. Show up in court whatever you do. SHOW UP. They have to prove that you owe the money.

You haven't said what state and when was the last payment.
