I want this off my credit report though. They have it listed as if they were the creditor and it was opened this july which means it'll saty on there for a really long time - I want to be able to buy a house for me and my kids within two years. I wont be able to if this is still on there. If they verify with the CRAs and it stays on there I am sending an ITS for all the violations asking for deletion. If it comes off my record then I will just let it be and see what they do and collect a few more violations along the way....
