I live in the state of okla , the last payment for the oc was in 4/2001 the charges they put on the account was stupid it was almost 5000 and i have paid it down to 3900 just wondering if they are going to sue since they didnt send me a bill for the month of nov, they sent me a letter a couple of months ago and said that i wasnt keep up with our deal ,which i had i had all my cancelled check and the bill , which they hadnt credited one of check and then they did they want the payment by the 5 of each month on cr it say charged off but making payment that was on the 15 of this month , my husband medical bill are fine we had insurance we dont want to file bk its this one cc that is with a ca now who was a lawyer just need some help i just want this behind me and i never well get another cc for no reason, i have learned lots , just wait until the time is up to clear my cr , we have a new car that we have been paying for 2 yrs and never been late and our home its not late been over 6 yrs with iit, when it came down to what was important we chose the house and car and college and other living things for the children
well thanks for all the help I am understanding lots now , just wanted to know what to expect from the law firm ,
i have seen some of the bad collectors and lawyers on bub hibbs and dealed with them i wish i had seen the web page before i dealed with them because of was threated with lien on my home and going to court in ny when i live in okla just stupid stuff that scared me, and i didnt what they wanted me to do.well thanks for all the help
