Can someone please help me? I am 6 months away from graduating dental school and becoming a dentist. My student loans came in and all of a sudden there is a levy on my bank account. My credit is bad but once i start making money i have every intention of paying back my debt. Apparently there was a judgement placed on me 3 YEARS AGO and i had no idea. I know i was improperly served cuz i never ever saw any type of subpeona. On dec 15 of 2000 they served my old dorm where i was living 6 months prior. I was living in florida when they supposedly subpeonad me in NY. Now they have a levy on my back account here in FL and i do not know what to do. I need to pay my tuition or i will never graduate. What should i do? I never got a chance to represent myself or anything. My account is FROZEN. Please help :(
