You're going to have to answer the interrogatories, regardless of whether or not you get the requested validation. However, do NOT admit anything on the interrogatories if its going to contradict your original answer - they're trying to nail you for the debt. As for the request for documents - that may be premature.. since they have not provided proof your validation demand. If they can make you prove it FOR them, you're going to lose.

Was this debt beyond the SOL ?? I don't remember.
