Can you help me figure something out, regarding SOL. This was a delinquent CC which was sold to CA on May 8, 1997. There was 2 payments made to the OC in 1996.
The first payment was made and deposited May 15, 1996, the second payment was made and deposited Nov. 19, 1996, is the second payment applied to the June 15th late payment? and if so, would July 15th be the date the SOL starts or would Nov.19th 1996 be the start of SOL since that was the last date of activity. The CA filed a Judgment on Dec 8, 2002. (the Judgment appeared on my CR, Feb 2003) The SOL is 6 years, so would my DOLA be Nov. 19th? Based on this can you tell me if the SOL has run.
