Thanks, GQBubbaDude. We have done this. Our problem during that 6 month period was no immediate computer access. Also, my husband's statement due date was one week before my statement due date. By the time we received our mail, his due date was within one or two days - we were stuck without our computer. I am working with CapitolOne now to have the late payments removed because of the circumstances. I've sent a letter to customer relations this week. Any other advice? Thanks again.
