They are calling me now. They won't give me an address and will not give me any options except to pay the whole amount immediately now. They are calling all of my relatives and giving out imformation that they are not supposed to be giving out. They are even talking to my husband without my concent. The are a ballbusting and lying group of people. They tell me to either pay the whole amount now or go to court. They refuse to take payment arrangments and they are very unprofessional about the whole deal. I have talked to three different people and each person has told me three different stories. I don't trust this group at all. Don't believe a word they say. Ask to talk to the supervisor or Office Manager. If that doesn't work, go up the ladder until you can't go any farther. That is was I was told by my creditor. Sorry to say this, but I'm glad that I'm not the only one having to deal with these undiplomatic assholes.
