So sorry, was trying to make it short. VA sol is 3yrs. Property is tentants in the entirety..car is old..no valuables or bank accounts with anything but disability direct deposit..only income is permanant disability. CC is in husband's name only..$2000. One other CC is beyond sol..sent sol letter. We are paying on other CC's because they're joint. Just can't keep up with all the debt. Would like to avoid BK. Should I just not do anything..have received two letters from CA on the $2000 with no threats yet? Any suggestions?
