I have been getting calls from Capital Management for the past month concerning a Discover Card account that has been delinquent for at least 6 years. I have not spoken to the caller in person nor returned any of their calls, nor do I wish to. They have been leaving messages on my parents' answering machine saying "this is in regard to Novus Discover Card". First off, is this any sort of FDCPA violation? Second, should I just send them a Ceast and Desist letter stating that the account is past SOL and to stop calling or should I just continue to ignore them?

Also, does anyone have their address or know a way to get it?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
