Lie quietly on the bottom, let these puke waves roll over you. You are well protected in Florida. If they think you have something - unlikely - to make it worth their while to sue they might. By answering the suit you force them to work for their money. They file zillions of these in hope of getting default judgements, makes it easy for them to try and collect. When you resist many times they lose interest. There's only so many three-toed cyclops lawyer-wannabes around willing to stoop to collection law and they're busy going after default judgements, bullying debtors with help from stooge 'mediators' so kindly provided by the courts here in crackerland, and in their spare time presenting seminars on 'advanced collection techniques' to fellow lowlives. Techniques of such feckless, putrid, sleazy nature that even Mob Loanshark Enforcers shake their heads in disbelief. Scumbags one and all.
