Patti yes its colorado capital investment in hurst tx, i have been paying them the last letter I got from the lawyer said that i wasnt keeping my end of the agreement but i had been so i copied my cancelled check which they had, and the bill or statement they send me saying i owe them 200 a month by the 5 th of the month and i had done it the letter said they were a voluntary service and like to work with creditor so i was just wanting to know if they are going to sue I didnt receive a statement for the month of nov i am going to send it anyway , but i just want to get them off my back I can't afford a wage garnishment it would hurt us bad, so if there is any way i can get some answers on how to work with them , its not reached sol state until next year, but i just want it payed i cant get a loan, or anything like that just worried on what to do or if i am just been scared , and just try to work with them on a payment plan any help is greatly appericated
